Sales Executive/Business Head
Indore Talk is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to promote
our unique offerings: Podcasts, Yearly Promotional Packages with Content Creation &
Business Listings, and Event Sponsorships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking,
creativity, and strong communication skills to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for these
products.

Qualifications:
Promote Indore Talk’s podcast series to targeted audiences, focusing on its unique
themes and cultural insights.
Develop strategies to attract sponsors and advertisers for the podcast.
Identify and approach potential clients for yearly promotional packages, showcasing the
value of Indore Talk’s tailored content creation and listing services.
Design marketing materials and presentations to highlight package benefits.
Build and nurture relationships with businesses, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat
engagement.
Develop and pitch sponsorship packages to businesses for Indore Talk events.
Coordinate with sponsors to ensure their brand is effectively showcased at events.
Monitor and analyze sponsorship ROI, providing detailed feedback and reports to
stakeholders.
Create and execute targeted marketing strategies to maximize product visibility and revenue.
Use social media, email campaigns, and other digital tools to promote products.
Organize campaigns and activations to engage the local community and businesses in
Indore.
Work closely with the Indore Talk team to align marketing efforts with overall company
objectives.
Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, community leaders, and influencers to expand
reach.
Track performance metrics for podcast reach, package sales, and sponsorship success.
Analyze data to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product promotion (experience in media or
event industries is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and CRM
systems.
Creative mindset with an ability to design compelling marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of Indore’s business community and cultural landscape is highly desirable.
