These services include, but are not limited to, resume building, interview preparation, recruiter connections, and job matching. Packages are based on your chosen plan and are non-transferable.
3. User Responsibilities

- Not misuse, duplicate, or copy any platform content or services.
4. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are clearly listed on our platform and may be revised periodically.
- All payments must be made through secure, approved channels only.
- Pricing for services is non-negotiable and must be paid in advance.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy. Please ensure you understand the scope and conditions of refunds before making a purchase.
6. No Job Guarantee Clause
While we offer guaranteed interview opportunities, we do not guarantee final job offers, as hiring is at the sole discretion of the employer. Our obligation is to facilitate placement processes, not to ensure recruitment outcomes.

8. Third-Party Links

9. Termination of Services
The HR Scoop reserves the right to terminate your access to services in case of:

No refunds will be issued in case of termination due to user misconduct.
