Head HR & Admin

Location: Indore Type: Full Time

Pratibha Eco Life is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR and Admin Head to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 


Responsibilities of HR : 

01 To ensure Recruitment TAT of Technician / Staff / Officers /Managers/ Contractual workers  

02 To ensure proper arrangement & coordination of Training Programs.   

03 To ensure that all necessary Training records are maintained. 

04 To ensure that the prevailing personnel policies are implemented in their true spirit. 

05 In case of any flaw of the policy to take effective steps for corrective action with the help of top management. 

06 To train employees on company policies from time to time. 

07 To maintain personal files of employees. 

08 Monitoring Performance appraisal, increment, and promotion of employees. 

09 To follow up personally with all Head of Department’s on various matters concerning day-to-day working. 

10 Responsible for internal/external audits in respect of HR / Administration department. 

11 Align employee strategy with business strategy   


Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role 
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
