HR Recruiter
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to finding the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks).
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive impression of the company throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Coordinate and conduct reference checks.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
