Location: Nashik Type: Full Time

Key Accountabilities: 


1. Financial Analysis of Business Results & enablers 

2. Inventory Analysis and Corrective Action Planning 

3. Expenses Analysis & Control 

4. Preparation of Management Presentations - Designing and Producing Documents, Reports and Presentations 

5. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner - Collecting and Preparing information for Business meetings 

6. Co-ordination across functions for Business Data and Analytics 

7. Works closely with Business Head for assisting in various Management activities 

8. Execute Special Projects and follow-up Projects in Unit for completion and appropriate reporting to Management 


Requirements & Skills: 

a. Male / female - B.Com, B.Sc, or BE with Postgraduate (preferably MBA) in Finance 

b. Knowledge of Finance & Financial data analytics 

c. 2-4 years’ experience in Industry shall be preferred. 

d. Highly Proficient & proven operator in Microsoft Office suite – especially competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a must 

e. Should be well-organized, have great Time Management skills and be able to act without guidance – Problem solver with good decision making ability.

f. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is preferred 

g. Excellent command over Spoken & Written English (Expert level) 

h. Knowledge of Marathi & Hindi desirable 

i. Discretion & Confidentiality with emotional maturity in fast paced, multi-tasking environment 

j. Good Presentation skills 

k. Good Academics with fair amount of extra-curricular exposure
