Indore’s First HR Party – A Night of Connection, Celebration & Community
On April 19th, 2025, Indore witnessed a remarkable gathering – its first-ever HR Party, a vibrant and memorable evening that brought together Human Resource leaders from across industries. Organized by The HR Scoop, powered by JBPL, this event wasn’t just another networking meet—it was a celebration of the people who shape workplaces and drive culture.
Held in a lively and informal setting, the party offered a refreshing break from boardrooms and formal meetings. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, laughter, and a shared sense of community as professionals let their hair down and truly connected on a human level. The highlight of the evening was the Sufi Night, where soulful melodies filled the air and attendees danced to the rhythm, enjoying the moment without the pressure of job titles or organizational hierarchies.

The event brought together HR representatives from some of India’s top companies, including Flipkart, Crompton, TCS, Impetus, InfoBeans, KPMG, Kusum Pharma, Rakuten, WM India, Hettich, Viaset, and Osswal. Their presence added immense value to the gathering, making it a powerhouse of shared experiences, ideas, and energy.
One of the most inspiring moments of the evening was the address by Mr. Amit Pandey, CEO of Pincap and fondly known as the “Human Charger.” His thought-provoking message struck a chord with everyone:
“It takes strength to destroy people, but love alone is enough to get the work done.”

His words served as a beautiful reminder of the core values HR stands for—empathy, collaboration, and people-first leadership.
This party was not just about celebration—it was a testament to the evolving role of HR and the importance of building real, meaningful connections beyond LinkedIn profiles and email threads. It set a new benchmark for what HR events can look like—vibrant, heartfelt, and truly engaging.
As the night ended, one thing was clear: this was not the end, but the beginning of a stronger, more connected HR community in Indore.
